Collection Premium Sarajevo ("we") uses your data only to answer you, take your reservation and contact you before we open. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.

What we collect

• Reservations and accounts: name, email, phone number, city, chosen scent and quantity, and your note if you leave one.
• Companies and resellers: company name, contact person, phone, email, city and message.
• Instagram and Facebook messages: when you send us a DM or leave a comment, we receive your username and the message so we can reply.
• Use of the site: anonymous data about which pages and scents people open, so we can improve the site.

How we use it

• to confirm your reservation and tell you the price and how to collect it before we open,
• to answer your questions on Instagram, Facebook or by email,
• to send you the daily countdown to opening, only if you turned it on (every email has an unsubscribe link),
• for companies: to review the request and send an offer.

Some Instagram messages are answered by an assistant based on artificial intelligence (Claude, Anthropic). Questions that need a human decision are always reviewed by someone on our team before they are sent.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a protected database (Supabase, EU, Frankfurt). We send emails through Google services. To answer messages we use Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Anthropic. All of these services process data only for us and only for the purposes described here.

We keep data while the reservation or cooperation lasts, and for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and stop emails at any time.
